SR Task Details - More - Dates Tab Is Not Using The Expected Timezone

Hello,

While accessing dates tab in Task details (Navigation SR -> Task Tab -> More -> Dates Tab), the Timezone is shown as per the profile Client Timezone and not the Timezone mentioned in incident (SR) or Task.

Business wants this timezone to be same as the one which is there in Task Tab.

Details are mentioned below:

-> Profile 'Client Timezone' is set to Eastern Timezone at site level.

-> SR & Task are created for a customer who is in Pacific Timezone.

-> Navigate to Task Tab -> More -> Dates Tab; Enter a new record. The Timezone is defaulted as per the profile 'Client Timezone'. Business wants it to be the same as Task Timezone.
