Default Qty

Hello,  I have an easy one (I think).

I would like to set a bom item qty to default to greater than 1, for example 10.  I want to allow the user to over-ride.  I tried using Contribute rule but then then 10 becomes the minimum.  Want to let user enter 1 to no limit, just default the 10 as it is most popular choice.

Using CFG 12.1.3 no FCE
