Quantity showing in On-hand form but not able to trace where it is reserved

Hi All,

We have a Item whose quantity is showing at a location which is not available to reserve and available to transact, I checked for the reservation,pending transactions but nothing found to which the quantity is reserved,

Now business wants us to remove the quantity as it is showing in one custom report,

I checked in the mtl_onhand_quantities_detail and mtl_onhand_quantities tables but no record came for this item,

Can I update it form backend and in which table I can get the details for same.
