How to get an active position of the user in Siebel

Hi,

we have two webserver one is internal and  another external, when we are going  through internal webserver the active position of the user is not being displayed (let's say , Login through SADMIN in siebel application ....Active position is empty) but at the same time if i'm log in through external webserver the poistion is being displayed.( Active position:siebel Adminstrator).

Both webserver have same Database , gateway and Enterprise. Only difference is Internal webserver was fresh installation whereas external webserver was dump of Production Environment.

i Checked configuration files of both webserver but didn't find as such difference. Can anyone help me to know how we get active position of the user.
