Do we have functionality in to add up qty of splitted line for pricing Sales Orders?

Hi,

We have a scenario to add up quantity of splitted line to arrive at quantity break for pricing an item.

Example:- If Line level adjustments are defined as per below detail.

From Qty	To Qty		Unit Price
0	1000		$25
1001	2000		$20
2001	3000		$10

As per standard setup of line level adjustment. Below is the result on partial ship

Order Number		Item		Line Number		Quantity		Unit Price
4562739		IT1		1.000		2500		$10
After Partial ship confirm
Order Number		Item		Line Number		Quantity		Unit Price
4562739		IT1		1.000		1500		$20
4562739		IT1		1.010		1000		$25

Now, I am looking for a standard work around to add up the quantity on splitted line and arrive to unit price $10
