Alarm in Storage 2540M2 Fault ID 434.

Hi all,

I facing the following issue.

Alarm ID   : alarm10

Description: The array has reported an undefined fault.  Fault ID: 434.

Severity   : Major

Element    : SUN.7056265.SX21002811

GridCode   : 93.66.9999

Date       : 2016-12-02 16:36:19

And i notice my array name become "unlabeled" and my volume and mapping configuration is missing.

Appreciate your help in assisting me to resolve the issue and hopefully my configuration is not missing.
