Attention EBS US Benefits Customers: The Affordable Care Act Employer Information Reporting 2016 Pha

Oracle EBS Benefits Development is pleased to announce the availability of the Affordable Care Act Employer Information Reporting 2016 Phase I patch - Patch 24733720:R12.BEN.B. This patch includes changes to accommodate the 2016 IRS Forms 1094-C and 1095-C and more. Please note, for 2016 reporting, the deadline for providing Forms 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, to employees/recipients will be March 2, 2017.

Please also note that for 2016 Employer Information reporting under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), US EBS Benefits customers on Release 12.1 must have applied R12.1 HRMS Release Update Pack 7 (RUP7) - Patch 18004477 or later. This patch is cumulative so it includes all ACA reporting patches for 2015 (i.e. ACA Reporting Phase I - III plus the Consolidated Reporting patch on top of Phase III).
