Issue with Multiple Order Consolidation

Transportation Constant-Multiple Order Consolidation system Consolidate against Orders which are already placed on shipments with dates in past. Orders are consolidated with shipments in the past based on Promised ship Date and Promised Delivery Date System recalculate dates i.e displaying during Order creation and once it is saved based on open shipments in the past. It is not expected to assign old dates and shipment numbers to Orders where shipments are expected to be scheduled in future E.g. There is a shipment open in the system with dates in the past ( Requested Date 10/Oct/2016, Promised Ship date 5/Oct/2016, Promised Delivery Date 10/Oct/2016) and Shipment No 345
