BI Publisher in Peoplesoft: How to Suppress a bLank row

Peoplesoft Fin v9.2. Ptools V8.55.09,bi pub v11.1.1.9.1.  I am working on a BI Pub report and specifically a customer address on the report.  How can I suppress the row on the report when (for example) the ADDR_LN2 field is blank?  This field is not always blank, but often is.  In addition, in order to do this, does the address need to be in a table on the BI Pub report?  Thank You
