Margin %, Margin Amount and Unit Cost

Hello all,

My client is using 12.2.5, with OPM costing.

The fields "Margin %", "Margin Amount" and "Unit Cost" aren't being populated.

I already went over the following document: Unable See Margin %, Margin Amount and Unit Cost Populated on Sales Order Line (Doc ID 464017.1), but issues happens also for newly entered lines. The Actions -> Get Price doesn't bring results as well.

I verified the function "Sales Orders: View Gross Margin" is within my OM responsibility, and also checked the System Parameter: Margin Calculation = Cost based

Any idea how to populate the above fields?
