Open Enrollment and Rates didn't Recalculate
Hello all,
we just went through open enrollment and for some employees, the new rate is not being populated. For example, we have new rates for our medical insurance effective 01/01/2017, but some employees rates stayed with an effective date of 01/01/2016 (old rate).
I tried running the R083800 to recalculate the rates, but I'm not getting good results.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
