1 step material issue and replace rebuildable function user error correction.

Hi,

This is relating to the EAM self service material issue and replace re-buildable details function using One Step Material Issue.

Users might forget to perform replaced rebuild function when there is re-buildable assets involved in the transaction. They might just issue the new re-buildable assets

without considering the replaced re-buildable.

The error correction can be done by returning the issued item using Return Material To Inventory function, and perform the issue again with the replace re-buildable details function.

How can this be corrected if this mistake kept unnoticeable and found after the month end period closure? Are there any preventive measures?
