How to call oracle form 11g from 3rd party application?

Hi,

We have requirement where third party application (web page) needs to have a URL or button by clicking on which , standard Oracle Orders screen should be open in EBS and it should query corresponding Order and display the order details to the user.

Can anyone tell me if we can call Standard oracle forms from 3rd party application web page by providing simple URL or function?
