Absence Restriction/ Validation on entitled leave

We have following requirement as per leave policy

Casual Leave: 6 working days per year.

Currently system is allowing to apply more than 6 casual leaves, just prompt a warning message and employee can submit his leave application for approval.

Following messages displays on screen.

Warning

This absence will decrease the employee's PTO net entitlement to less than zero for one or more of their accrual plans.

Our requirement is to restrict leave applying as per policy, if employee is applying more than 6 casual leaves in a year, then system show error for no balance available.
