You are not allowed to cancel Order Line because: This is an ATO item. . Supply is reserved.

Hello All,

I am trying to cancel an ATO model line, but getting process message as shown below,

Config item was created against the model line, but there was no wip job created nor the on-hand, still system wont allow us to cancel the Model line.

have tried to delink the config item and cancel it, but it wont work.

Can you pls help me to resolve the issue.
