DBCA - A database instance with Oracle system identifier(SID) "xxx" already running on this machine.

Hi!

I don't know if this question is right here.

It's about DBCA, which I run the first time on a Solais (x86) host and get this error:

A database instance with Oracle system identifier(SID) "xxx" already running on this machine. Specify another SID.

no matter which SID i choose!

This is a fresh installed Solaris Zone, so there is nothing in the /var/opt/oracle/oratab:

root@orazonet1:/var/opt/oracle# cat oratab

#

# This file is used by ORACLE utilities.  It is created by root.sh

# and updated by either Database Configuration Assistant while creating

# a database or ASM Configuration Assistant while creating ASM instance.
