Users Cannot run the versions with Version Security Set to 3

Hi MyCommunity,

I have a situation that the users can't run the versions with version security set to 3, the user "GOSCAR" has quit the company if I want to run the report under my user "AKKMOH" I can neither run nor check-out to modify the option.

We using LDAP to authenticate on the system, I can't reset the pwd in E-One and log-in within the user "GOSCAR".

If I change direct in DB F983051 and set the flag EXCL to 0 is it OK ? or it is not the best practice ?
