Unfreeze a journal source to create reversal and secondary ledger entry does not reverse

Our setup includes primary ledgers, RC ledgers and secondary ledgers.  When an entry is created in the primary ledger, the equivalent entries are also created in the other ledgers.  When a source is unfrozen to reverse an entry in the primary ledger, the corresponding entry in the secondary ledger does not get reversed.  Is there a flag on the entry that is preventing this from occurring?
