Need help with oracle issue.

To Oracle technical support:

I tried to download the OEM 13c. After I  tried to execute the "./EM131000Linux_x64.bin However, during the installation setup there was a window popup said "Oracle strongly recommends to disable the password_verification_function (PDB) before further process." please help me out. I did research and Google it but no luck at all. If someone knows please show me how to solve this issue. If there is steps to fix it please include it so that I can follow. Again, I appreciate for your help.
