Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Use of an additional DBA for amounts lots to ITD

I have two dbas. 8300 is a calendar year dba with an ITD. 8301 is a calendar year dba that is accruing the amounts over the ITD limit on 8300.

What am I missing in the setup that I do not see that takes the overage from 8300 to 8301?
