Custom application - flat file generation

Hi,

We are trying to generate a flat file using target application as custom application in FDMEE.

The reason we need FDMEE to generate the custom flat file is because the balance extract we receive from the client needs to be manipulated in FDMEE (using script editor and import format to include only certain columns) and then this file will be used in cloud version of ARM.

Can someone please guide on how to generate the file. My first attempt on it generated an empty file with headers showing UD column names instead of the actual column names in the balance extract shown in screenshot
