I am using FDA feature in Oracle 12C. I understand the FDA is based on AUM. The sys_fba_hist table contain the history but the most recent change which only available in the redo and of course in the table itself.

My question is there way to get the most recent changed (update,delete) record(s) and associates user (username) who performed the change.
