How do you duplicate an item??

Using PeopleSoft 9.1. eProcurement, uaing Secuial Requests tab, Special item-- Is there any way to duplicate or "copy and Paste" an existing line item as another line item?  Due to special internal requirements for Asset Management sometimes we need to create multliple occurrences of the same item, ALL details will be EXACTLY the same.

Is there any way of copying an entire line item record, and then replicate that entire detail on another  line item record?
