Hyperion (Budget system) Integration with Oracle Core HR?

Hello there!

Our finance team is currently implementing an Oracle purchased Hyperion budget program. There have been many requirements on HR for gathering and maintaining budget data from HCM. Is this best practice with other HCM users that HR position data is the source of truth for Hyperion budget data?
