How to pay in different currency from the invoice currency?

Hi,

In regards with new rule from Malaysian National Bank, local suppliers(in Malaysia) that bill in foreign currency(e.g. USD, SGD) has to be paid with local currency(MYR).

Is there any way to have payment currency different from invoice currency?
