SES returning too many results
We are implementing PeopleSoft CRM 9.2 HR Helpdesk with PeopleTools 8.55.08. Our SES is 11.2.2.2.0 also with PTools 8.55.08. We are building a searchable knowledgebase of CRM Solutions using the CR_CO_SOLUTION search definition. We find that simple single word search text such as ... leave ... returns many irrelevant results with the correct results mixed in. When leave is enclosed in double quotes ... "leave" ... the search results are correct. Seems like a simple fix but it is not practical when this search feature is to be exposed to self-service users who will have very diverse ways of entering
