BSV not in LOV for LE assignment

Hi All,

I am trying to assign BSV to a newly created LE, but BSV is not available in LOV for assignment. BSV was not assigned to any of the LE, doing this activity for the first time. Also I am not facing any java error.

Can anyone help me with the above issue.
