Trouble with quality plan data (entered at the time of WO completion)

Hi,

I am getting trouble with quality plan data entered at the time of WO completion. Let me describe the issue in detail:

1- Defined a quality plan to capture some data at work order completion.

2- Enable this quality plan at work order completion transaction.

3- Make this quality plan as mandatory

4- Using some personalization we defined a button in quality plan table (appearing on work order completion page).

5- This button used to open quality plan (java form)

6- Now we are entering data in quality plan (at java form)

7- After entering quality plan data we are trying to complete the work order but getting error message that mandatory quality plan data is not entered.
