Can we apply higher Database PSU like 11.2.0.4.8 on lower ODA Version like 12.1.2.1.0 or we must nee

Hello,

Can someone help me out.?

I am little confuse about below.

We have ODA version 12.1.2.1.0 with Database 11.2.0.4.4

Now we need to apply Database PSU 11.2.0.4.8 or higher.

So can we download new RDMS clone file for 11.2.0.4.8 and apply it on ODA 12.1.2.1.0 ?

or we must need to upgrade ODA 12.1.2.5.0 and then we can apply Database PSU..?
