Issue while trying to assign space on lease

Dear Community,

We have a location that has less than 100% of its area assigned, as showed in the "Find Space Assignaments" form, having a 99% assigned.

however when we try to assigned that 1% percent, using the edit function of form "Enter leases and documents", we are getting the following message:

"For at least part of the time, Location XXXXXX is assigned to another customer and the Assigned % Area entered would to total to exceed 100%. The maximum Assigned % Area you can enter is 12"
