Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can you stop and stop CSS without it affecting cluster?

Have OCSSD.BIN using high CPU on one node (GRID 12.1.0.2). Can you stop and stop the CSS resource without impact to the cluster on that one node?

Also, if you can, is the command simply: crsctl stop css and then crsctl start css?
