Form personalization in R12 on Sales Order Screen

Dear Team,

Does anyone can help out on personalizing the SO Form.

When I cancel a line by making the order quantity as 0 i.e zero then immediately Reasons block opens and asking for reason to cancel it. I made a personalization to show message "Contact supervisor before cancelling" . This one is working by clicking on Save button. Without clicking on save button by pressing tab or arrow mark keys. This particular msg is not showing up.

Also if I click on second line then pop up message not showing up but showing the reasons block.

Anyone suggest any idea, I tried in most of the ways but not working on tabbing or changing line
