Export Slowed Down Dramatically, why?

Database is 11g Standard Edition.

Last week a Full=Y ROWS=N export ran for about 15 minutes.

We bounced the database over the weekend.  We did give the database a larger SGA_MAX_SIZE and SGA_TARGET.  We're not having resource issues on the server or with the database.  At least I'm not seeing anything reported.

Since the bounce this same export is taking 1.5 hours.

I ran some test and it is stepping through the tables, but at a much slower rate...  It use to export several tables per second now it seems like it's only doing one table per second.
