Transaction Interface issue

I have an item that is stuck in the Transaction interface with error message

"An assembly transaction cannot be processed in background mode if it has backflush components that are serial controlled or lot controlled where the lot cannot be derived."

When reviewing the transactions we are seeing the serial numbers attached to the item.

I am not finding this record in pending transactions either.

Has anyone seen this issue and what is the fix.

It will not allow me to delete out of the forms.
