Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Alternate decimal separator in Oracle Database

Hi,

I have a requirement where client would like to use the " , " as decimal separator instead of " . "

Can you help how can i achieve this ?

Is there anything that i can do during DB creation by changing the NLS Character set ?
