Product Specific Patches are Not In the Recommended Patch Collection

Product specific patches were released for ICX & PO on November 4, 2016.  These patches are not included in the most recent Infobundle from yesterday. 

Could on of you please check to see why development has not flagged these patches as recommended?  They are not being picked up in the Patch Wizard, and we are prepping for our quarterly patches.
