srvctl issue

Hi, able to add a db using srvctl and start one instance too, but 2nd instance is not coming up using srvctl, it's good with sqlplus, up & running, but when doing:

$ srvctl status database -d orclstg

Instance orclstg1 is running on node ch-orcldb-s01

Instance orclstg2 is not running on node ch-orcldb-s02

and when trying to start to start, getting this error:

$ srvctl start instance -d orclstg -i orclstg2

PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.orclstg.db

PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.orclstg.db on node orcldb-s02

CRS-2680: Clean of 'ora.orclstg.db' on 'orcldb-s02' failed

CRS-5802: Unable to start the agent process
