In RSS, what ESU or Tools release is needed to enable "Requested By" and "Business Unit" fields in R

Hello Community,

In JDE E1, Release 9.0, in Requisition Self Service (RSS), the "Requested By" field and the "Business Unit" field are not enabled in Requisition Entry Program P43E10; that is, they are grayed out and default in based on the User ID and default business unit in the user's address book record. In Release 9.2 these fields may be enabled by additional processing options that are not available in P43E10 in Release 9.0.

Must we upgrade to Release 9.1 or 9.2 to get this functionality?

Is an ESU available or a Tools release that we can implement just for the RSS module?
