DQM Synchronization program delay is causing duplicate customer records
Our request to DQM is creating duplicate customer records in TCA especially for the new customers.As our analysis DQM Synchronization program delay is causing duplicate customer records.
Here are the setting details :-
DQM Synchronization setup :Automatic
We tried the below recommendation from oracle "
To overcome this, you can set the profile option at site level:
HZ: Ignore Concurrent Request Limits for DQM Synchronization
If it is set to yes,it will run the DQM Serial Sync Index Program irrespective of the other sync concurrent programs. "
But still we are seeing duplicate records created for small variations in name and address.Please help
