External training: Uploading and viewing a certificate

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hello all! 

I am working with Taleo Learn. Here is my scenario: I created an external training, added a  user to it then uploaded a certificate of completion and attached it to the user.  I want the user to see the certificate on her training history. Does anyone know how to do this?
