Agile 934 web service BusinessObjectService not working fine for C#

Hi expert,

Only BusinessObjectService has this issue, all the other web services are working fine.

share error code as below:

This DocumentBuilder, "oracle.xml.jaxp.JXDocumentBuilder", does not support the reset functionality.  Specification "null" version "null"

I found there is same issue in the community two years ago. Please also check the details here.

Can you please let me know what is the solution? And what is the action plan?
