Assign/Remove Items to LP - Strange Screen Coming

Hi,

Processing Options behind PO Receiving Program (P4312) is set to "Generate License Plate using Manual Entry - 01" and "Display Assign Items to License Plate Window - 1". When I am receiving a Purchase Order, System is calling "Assign/Remove Items to LP" however instead of options, "Create New LP OR Use Existing LP", Screen is showing "Enterprise Event 01 which is the description of EV01 field" for both the options. Please find the attached screen shot of the above.

Also, When I am clicking on "Build" Option, nothing is happening. Also, below show, it shows some strange text.

Please look into the attached screen shot of the screen and anyone let me know, what possible I am missing in the set up Or something else.
