Siebel JMS Reliability

Hello experts, Just want to know how message reliability is handled in siebel in JMS. For example when the Message Provider is not available and Siebel tries to send the message the message will fail in this case then how the garanteed message delivery is handled in this case. Where does siebel store these messages and resends them. Thanks, Suresh
