Data Migration and Conversion of Financial Modules

Dear Seniors,

I am working on implementation project and now I have to migrate and convert data into Oracle from legacy systems but I don't have any idea about it. So I request you to please share your experiences with to collect data and migrate into oracle. Also I don't have templates to collect the data. I am working on Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA and CM)
