Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hi ,

In the sales tax report though the taxes were billed for customers but the taxable amount is listing zero.

Lines Amount Exempt Amount taxable amount tax amount

Invoices 250 250 0 7.75

credit Memos 0 0 0 0

Adjustments 0 0 0 0

Kindly guide on this!!
