Interorg Profit in Across OU Transfers

I have two organizations. Org A in OU X and Org B in OU B in OU Y. Both are OPM enabled

Now I am transferring material from Org A to Org B. Due to Oracle limitation I am doing ISO with Transfer Price List. Also receiving material against that IR.

Now When I amrunning Create Accounting, I am getting balance (Transfer Price - Cost) in InterOrg Profit Account.

Can somebody please tell me how to justify this IOPR difference to Auditor? I do not have time to do any sort of customization right now.
