JDB3700001 - Failed to validate Request handle What does this mean!??

All,

Can someone explain to me what this error actually means? We see lots of these in the JDE Logs but we've no idea if fatal or what is the cause.  Any help appreciated!

I've replaced user IDs with XXXX

Apps 9.2 / TR 9.2.0.1
