RDF:New Item execPluginTask

Hi all,

In RDF, the execPluginTasks (RDF, Curve etc) are mandatory to run in case, for example, of adding a new local domain. I was wondering if this also applies with the New Item (RDF version v15.0.1.23), meaning should the execPluginTask of the New Item also run in these cases?

Moreover, since no changes can be applied on the New Item Solution (every time the execPluginTask runs, the solution is re-initialized to the GA configuration), only the existing measures and WBs can be used. However, the measure "Item to Item RHS map" does not seem to be calculated, even though it participates in many calculations (ex. of prerange measures). Is this by design? It's up to the developer to add the calc rule of this measure?
