Hi,

I am using Siebel Call Center Application with Sample Database.

I have created two positions, NREC Sales Agent and NREC Sales Manager, each with an employee.

When I logged the Siebel Application via NREC Sales Agent login, I can able to view the data that I haven't created. Please find the below Screenshot, see the Name field.

How can I control the data that are prefetched in the Name column? It only need to display the data that the NREC Sales Agent have created.
