Workflow routing tab displays variable number of changes to be approved

Hi all,

We´re facing a strange situation concerning the Workflow Routings tab (Agile 9.3.3) at our customer. The scenario is the following:

- Before Nov 1st, on a workflow, we configured a Released Status approver to be User A.

- After Nov 1st, we changed the approver to be Group X, where User A is a group member.

- Of course, there were many workflows that were running prior to Nov 1st and their Released Status was assigned to User A individually. After Nov 1st, the Released Status is being assigned to Group X.

Now, when User A goes to his Workflow Routings tab and refreshes the tab (since the Workflow Routings tab is the default tab, he  presses repeatedly the Home icon and keeps the Pending 90 days fixed), he either sees:

Howdy, Stranger!
